Our Return Policy

At LATRAVLA, we stand behind the quality of our premium silk products. We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure your item meets the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
  • All original packaging, tags, and protective covers must be intact
  • Products must be free from any signs of use, stains, or damage
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date

How to Return

Contact Us
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Prepare Your Return
Carefully repack your item in its original packaging. Include all tags, protective covers, and any accessories that came with your product.

Ship Your Return
Use the prepaid return label we provide (for eligible returns) or ship via your preferred carrier. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. The same conditions apply as for returns, and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

For returns due to product defects or our error, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
