At LATRAVLA, we believe in creating thoughtful products that support your wellbeing wherever you rest. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date, provided the item is:

• Unused and unwashed

• In original condition

• In original packaging, including the organic cotton pouch and box (if provided)

For hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund (including shipping) once the issue is assessed.

We take pride in the quality of our PillowWraps and accessories, and we want you to feel confident every step of the way.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved, you can choose:

• A refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs)

• A store credit issued as a digital gift card

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at hello@latravla.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with next steps and return instructions.
