📦 Processing & Dispatch
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
• During high-volume periods (launches, holidays), dispatch times may extend slightly.
🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary depending on your location.
Australia
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International
• Standard International: 7–14 business days
• Express International: 3–7 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.
📍 Tracking Your Order
All shipments include a unique tracking number.
You will receive tracking details via email as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
If your tracking hasn’t updated, please allow 24–48 hours for carrier scans.

🛑 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels
• If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your tracking information first.

LATRAVLA is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
