LATRAVLA began with a simple, personal need. After years of travel and ongoing health sensitivities, Jamie found herself constantly questioning the one surface she couldn’t control - the pillow. Hotel rooms could be beautiful, but the sleep experience often wasn’t. Skin reactions, disrupted sleep, and a sense of unease became part of the routine. One night, she wrapped a silk scarf around a pillow to create a barrier between herself and the surface beneath. That moment became the beginning. LATRAVLA was created to offer a cleaner, more controlled sleep experience anywhere in the world - where silk meets science, and rest feels as good away as it does at home.The realisation was not dramatic - it was quiet, and obvious, and completely unanswered by anything on the market.

There were silk pillowcases. There were travel pillows. There were luxury bedding brands that thought 'travel' meant a smaller size. None of them were asking the right question: what does a surface need to be to genuinely protect a frequent traveller's skin and sleep? LATRAVLA was built to answer that question.
