Due to the nature of our product and hygiene considerations:

• Returns are accepted only if the item is unused and in original packaging
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number and clear images

We will replace or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items unless faulty.
